MarketUnit

FAQ

Short answers about MarketUnit products, digital delivery, seller data, checkout, and the SaaS layer that can follow the WordPress launch.

What exactly is sold?

MarketUnit currently sells digital unit economics table workflows for Amazon and Mercado Libre / Mercado Livre sellers. These are digital products/service workflows, not physical goods.

How is the product delivered?

Delivery starts after checkout using the customer email. Depending on the order, delivery may include a spreadsheet-style table, setup instructions, onboarding questions, or access to the relevant service workflow. No physical item will be shipped.

Is this only for Mercado Libre?

No. The first product line covers Mercado Libre, Mercado Livre, and Amazon. Marketplace-specific connectors can be attached later.

Can sellers use it before automatic connectors?

Yes. The product can start with structured manual input and scenario calculators while connector work is in progress.

What problem does it solve first?

It shows true contribution profit per SKU after fees, fulfillment, ads, taxes, returns, discounts, and payment costs.

What data is needed?

Useful inputs include SKU list, product cost, selling price, marketplace fees, shipping or FBA costs, ad spend, returns, discounts, tax assumptions, and country/marketplace context.

Can customers request a refund?

If a purchased unit economics table cannot be delivered or activated, customers can request a refund within 14 days. The refund page explains the exact process.

Why three languages?

Portuguese covers Brazil, Spanish covers Latin America, and English covers the United States, Canada, and global visitors.
