Digital product status
MarketUnit products are digital/service workflows. No physical item will be shipped. If a selected digital product cannot be delivered or activated, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
What to include

- Order number if available
- Selected product: Amazon table or Mercado Libre table
- Country: United States, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, or other
- Reason: cancellation, revocation, refund, payment issue, delivery issue, or privacy request

Send the request through the support form. For Argentina distance-sale revocation/arrepentimiento requests, state “revocation request” in the message.
